Home Screen
Your HOME screen is the top option on your DASHBOARD, which you can customise in the Dashboard menu.
Therefore, to view an explanation of your home screen, select the appropriate screen from the left-hand menu that appears when you click the HOME link.
In this example, My Team's Cases would be your home screen.
