Case Filtering

The case listing portion of the screen allows you to filter the case listing displayed in multiple ways.

Status

When you click in the status box, the system will shows you every possible status available and you can choose the type you are looking for.

Open Date

If you enter the date you are looking for, it will display all cases opened on that specific date. Note: You must enter the year as four digits.

Client

If you are looking for a client, you can enter part of their name and all matches will be displayed. This can be quicker than using the search menu.

Reference

If you have the client reference or a partial reference, this will filter those cases.

Type

If you are looking for only a specific case type, you can select this from the dropdown list.

Owner

To view all cases allocated to a specific person, you can do so here. You can choose their name by selecting it from the dropdown list, or by partially typing it.

Team

To view the cases allocated to a specific team, select the team from the dropdown list.

Reporting Authority

To search for cases under a specific reporting authority, select it from the list.

Summary

You can also search for specific words in the case summary.

Combining Criteria

Note: You can use multiple filter boxes to look for specific things by combining the filters. For example, you could look for cases of a particular type, allocated to a specific worker, by adding both criteria.

In this example, we have filtered London MMP v2 cases that are allocated to Claire.
