Case Actions - General Information

Case Actions are listed under Available Actions on the right-hand side of the Daisy Case view screen. The current case status determines the actions available to you at any point. If a specific case action is not available in the list, either the case status is not correct for that action, or the case action isn't available for this type of case.

To use the case action, click the ADD button next to the required action. Some case actions require only this, some present further fields to be added, and others require multiple steps, such as starting a Safe Lives Assessment.

Once you have completed a case action, it will appear towards the bottom of the screen in the case journal.
