Home Screen - My Team's Cases

Your Team's open cases will be listed on your "My Team's Cases" screen. By default, the screen shows up to 10 cases at a time; however, you can change this by selecting a higher number.

The white boxes towards the top of the screen all act as filters. You can type into any single box and filter the entries to help find specific cases.

You can then click anywhere across a row to open the appropriate case.
