Client Case Note

This asks for a Case Note Category, but few options exist. Mike needs a list of all the options to add.

3rd Party Case Note

Again, this category has very few options. Mike needs a list of these options, too.

 

HNA Specifics, Prevent Specifics and Relief Specifics

These three case actions appear when cases are in these statuses and are designed to capture the critical bits of data we collect for BCC reporting only at this phase.

These are not all done yet; therefore, we may need to go back and complete other information later.

 

Completed Tasks

I added a Referral Text option to allow the referral email or document to be added to a case.
