Case Actions: General Information
What is a Case Action?
Case Actions are the options available to you based on the current Case Status, which define the type(s) of information you can store about the current case and/or client you are working with.
Case actions can be of multiple types, most commonly they are either Immediate Resolution Actions, which are things that need to be dome at that time, or have already been done, like Adding a Case Note, or making an External Referral, or they are Assessments, which could be done immediately, but generally come with a specific time limit within which they need to be completed.
For example, a Safe Lives Assessment must be completed within 56 days of being added to a case.
Open case actions that are awaiting completion can be seen in your My Case Actions screen, or you can view all case actions across your team from the My Team's Case Actions screen.
Once you have completed a case action, it will appear towards the bottom of the screen in the Case Journal.
