Client Type

Client "Type" within Daisy is used to define which part of the country the client has registered. We do not record people by type, as they are assigned to a case; instead, we use their geographical location to define where they have engaged with us. However, clients can relocate, and therefore may be linked to two or more geographic regions.

The type also defines which Teams within Daisy can see those client cases. You may be able to find the client on the list, but if the case attached to that client isn't in your area, you wouldn't be able to see the details, only that the client is known to us.
