Contact Attempt

This will require you to record what method you used, the date you called, and the approximate time of day, along with a note detailing the message left or sent via SMS or email.

The time of day called isn't precise; it is more of a reminder for you that it was unsuccessful at that time and might be worth trying a different time of day. We record the precise time you add the entry for our calculations.

Once you have added a Contact Attempt to the system, you will have an option to move the case to referral issues if the contact information provided is incorrect, and we need to go back to the referrer for more details.
