Case Status: General Information

Each case type on the system has a specific list of case statuses that the case must follow.

The case type changes when particular events occur, and the case is ready to progress.

The case status dictates what case actions are available to you in Daisy at that specific point in the process.

Because each case type is different and has a different series of statuses, we have documented them separately.
