Case Hub - Searching for a Client

Entering data into the fields on the left of the screen will cause the system to look for matching clients from the existing client database. You can use any of the fields on the left-hand side, but typically, you will use the first and last name fields.

Any clients matching the details entered will appear in a list in the central section of the screen.

The system will display all the matching records if we enter the name Smith.

If we add the first name, John, the list is reduced to those matching both names.
